Description The issue is related to a use after free via the function expand mmac params at /nasm/nasm-pp.c. Note that multiple third parties dispute this as a bug and not a vulnerability according to the YASM security policy.
Recommendations For yasm version 1.3.0, consider disabling the expand mmac params function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
