Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Jenkins Digital.ai App Management Publisher Plugin versions 2.6 and earlier
Description
A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability allows attackers to connect to an attacker-specified URL, capturing credentials stored in Jenkins. The issue is due to the lack of permission checks in several HTTP endpoints, which can be exploited by attackers with Overall/Read permission. These endpoints do not require POST requests, making them vulnerable to CSRF attacks.
Recommendations
For Jenkins Digital.ai App Management Publisher Plugin versions 2.6 and earlier, consider disabling the vulnerable HTTP endpoints until a patch is available. Restrict access to these endpoints to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the plugin until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
