Description
The issue is related to errors in processing input data, which can lead to a denial of service. This can occur when compiling a variation of an anonymous block, causing the system to trap. A remote attacker may exploit this issue to cause a denial of service.
Recommendations
For versions 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5, consider disabling the compilation of anonymous blocks until a patch is available.
Restrict access to the database to minimize the risk of exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
