Description
The issue is related to improper input validation in the
getLocationCache function of GeoLocation.java. This could allow sending a mock location during an emergency call, leading to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.Recommendations

getLocationCache function of GeoLocation.java to minimize the risk of exploitation.
