CVE-2023-37950

CVSS v3.1

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Jenkins mabl Plugin versions 0.0.46 and earlier
Description A missing permission check in the Jenkins mabl Plugin allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to enumerate credentials IDs of credentials stored in Jenkins. This can be used as part of an attack to capture the credentials using another vulnerability. The issue is related to an HTTP endpoint that does not perform a permission check.
Recommendations For Jenkins mabl Plugin versions 0.0.46 and earlier, update to version 0.0.47 or later, which requires appropriate permissions for the enumeration of credentials IDs. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the HTTP endpoint related to the mabl Plugin to minimize the risk of exploitation.
