Description
The issue is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability that allows the activation of arbitrary plugins. This can be exploited by tricking a user into performing unintended actions on a web application.

For versions 1.8.4 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.8.4 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin activation functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation.
