| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Usermin version 2.000
Description
A Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issue exists when editing the autoreply file page, allowing remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML by manually editing the forward file. This enables attackers to execute malicious scripts on the victim's browser.
Recommendations
For Usermin version 2.000, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the autoreply file page editing feature until a patch is available. Avoid manually editing the forward file to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
