CVE-2023-4277

CVSS v3.1

8.8

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Realia plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.4.0
Description The issue is due to missing nonce validation on the process change profile form function, making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change user email via a forged request. This can happen if an attacker can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.4.0, consider disabling the process change profile form function until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to areas where this function is used to minimize the risk of email changes by unauthorized parties.
