Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Leave Management System Project version 1.0
Description
The issue concerns multiple Authenticated SQL Injection vulnerabilities. Specifically, the
setcasualleave parameter of the "admin/setleaves.php" resource does not validate the characters received and they are sent unfiltered to the database. This lack of validation allows for potential SQL injection attacks.Recommendations
For Leave Management System Project version 1.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "admin/setleaves.php" resource or validating and filtering the
setcasualleave parameter to prevent SQL injection attacks. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.Exploit
