Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in memory, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary code. This can be exploited by remote attackers, requiring user interaction such as visiting a malicious page or opening a malicious file. The flaw exists within the parsing of CO files due to the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, resulting in a write past the end of an allocated buffer. This allows an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process.
