Description
The issue is related to the
httpRpmPlcDeviceAdd function in the TP-Link TL-WPA4530 V2 adapter's firmware, which fails to properly sanitize data at the management level. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via Command Injection.Recommendations
For versions 161115 through 170406, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the
httpRpmPlcDeviceAdd function until a patch is available.
