Description The issue is related to errors in processing input data in the Analytics Server component of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. This easily exploitable vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of the data.

Recommendations For version 6.4.0.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For version 7.0.0.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Analytics Server component until a patch is available.
