Description The issue is related to an Out-Of-Bounds Write in the clear decompress bands data function due to a lack of offset validation. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause an out of bounds write, potentially leading to a denial of service.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.11.0, upgrade to version 2.11.0 or later. For versions prior to 3.0.0-beta3, upgrade to version 3.0.0-beta3 or later. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the clear decompress bands data function until a patch is applied.
