Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the D-Link DIR-605L router, which can be exploited by sending crafted data to the webserver service program, allowing authorized attackers to execute arbitrary code. This can potentially be done remotely.

For D-Link DIR-605L versions 1.17beta and below, update the firmware to a version above 1.17beta to resolve the issue.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
