Description A vulnerability has been identified in the affected application, which contains an out of bounds write past the end of an allocated buffer while parsing a specially crafted IGS file. This could allow an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process. The issue is related to a buffer overflow in memory, which can be exploited by using a specially created IGS file, potentially allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary code.

Recommendations For versions prior to V2201.0008, update to version V2201.0008 or later. For versions prior to V2302.0002, update to version V2302.0002 or later. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of IGS files in the affected application until a patch is available. Avoid using specially crafted IGS files that could trigger the out of bounds write vulnerability.
