Description The issue arises from an input validation error in the cropImage function when handling directory traversal sequences in the command-line interface. This allows a remote attacker to send a specially crafted HTTP request and delete arbitrary files on the system. The flaw exists due to the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to delete files in the context of SYSTEM. No authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability.
