Description The issue is related to an integer overflow in the LibTIFF library, which can be triggered by a crafted tiff image. This flaw allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash, or possibly execute arbitrary code. The vulnerability is associated with the readSeparateTilesIntoBuffer() function and can lead to a heap-based buffer overflow.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
