Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Personalization component of the Oracle Applications Framework product. This allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the Oracle Applications Framework, requiring human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of the Oracle Applications Framework accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Applications Framework accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.12, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
