Description The issue is related to a Stack-based Buffer Overflow that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file. This allows a potential attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted file.
Recommendations For Adobe Substance 3D Stager version 2.0.1 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of potentially malicious files until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
