Description The vulnerability in the MySQL Server product of Oracle MySQL is related to the Server: DML component and is associated with an uncontrolled consumption of resources. Exploitation of this vulnerability can allow a remote attacker to perform a denial-of-service (DoS) attack. Successful attacks can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the MySQL Server.
Recommendations For versions 8.0.33 and prior, update to a version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
