Description
The issue is related to a stack overflow vulnerability via the
deviceInfoJsonToBincauses function, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code. This vulnerability is also associated with a buffer overflow in memory, allowing an attacker to read data beyond the buffer boundaries.Recommendations
For TP-Link TL-WDR7660 version 2.0.30, consider disabling the
deviceInfoJsonToBincauses function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
