Description
The issue is related to the implementation of the HMAC (Hash-based Message Authentication Code) algorithm in Windows, which is associated with insufficient access control when forming a key. This can allow an attacker to bypass security restrictions and elevate their privileges. An elevation-of-privilege vulnerability allows attackers to affect the system.
