Description
The issue is related to an out-of-bounds read in memory, which could allow an attacker to bypass the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) protection mechanism. This could potentially lead to the disclosure of sensitive memory. Exploitation requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file.
Recommendations
For Adobe Photoshop versions 24.7.1 and earlier, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue.
For Adobe Photoshop versions 25.0 and earlier, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of potentially malicious files in Adobe Photoshop until a patch is available.
