Description The issue is related to insufficient access control due to incorrect context definition for credential search, allowing a low-privileged OS user to create arbitrary JSP files in a Tomcat web application directory. These JSP files can then be executed under the security context of SYSTEM, potentially leading to privilege escalation. The vulnerability can be exploited by creating specially crafted JSP files.
