Description
The issue is related to a Use After Free vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file, specifically a specially crafted file. This allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Adobe Premiere Pro versions 24.0 and earlier, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For Adobe Premiere Pro versions 23.6 and earlier, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of M4A file parsing functionality until a patch is available.
