Description
The issue is related to insufficient access control in the IBM DB2 database management system. Exploitation of this issue could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands. A user with
DATAACCESS privileges may be able to execute routines they should not have access to.Recommendations
For versions 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5, consider restricting the
DATAACCESS privileges to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available.
As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the execution of routines for users with DATAACCESS privileges until a patch is available.
