Description A use-after-free was identified in the nsDNSService::Init. This issue appears to manifest rarely during start-up. The vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information.
Recommendations For Firefox ESR versions prior to 115.6, update to version 115.6 or later. For Thunderbird versions prior to 115.6, update to version 115.6 or later. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the nsDNSService::Init function until a patch is available.
