Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. It could be exploited by a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim browses to the page containing the vulnerable field, malicious JavaScript may be executed in their browser. The vulnerability is also described as being related to the lack of protection of the web page structure, which could allow a remote attacker to conduct an XSS attack.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and earlier, consider disabling the vulnerable form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to the affected pages to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the vulnerable fields in the affected versions until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
