Description The issue exists due to insufficient input validation in the Portal component of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. This allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to read, modify, add, or delete data using the HTTP protocol. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 8.59 through 8.61, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
