Description The issue is related to a lock overflowing for IOPOLL in the io uring component of the Linux kernel. Syzbot reports an issue with overflow filling for IOPOLL, which may lead to a denial of service. The problem is more complicated for IOPOLL|SQPOLL, where io cqring overflow flush() happens from the CQ waiting path.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
