Description
The issue is related to a memory leak in the Linux kernel's mux component. Exploitation of this issue may allow an attacker to cause a denial of service. The problem is addressed by adding a check for the return value of
kstrdup() and using kfree() in error handling to prevent memory leaks and NULL pointer dereferences.Recommendations
