Description The issue is related to a NULL pointer dereference in the clk-mt7629-eth component of the Linux kernel. This could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service. The problem is resolved by adding a check for the return value of mtk alloc clk data() to avoid the NULL pointer dereference.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
