For FortiManager versions 7.4.0 through 7.4.2, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the SQL command functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using specially crafted HTTP requests that could exploit the SQL injection vulnerability until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
