Description The issue is related to incomplete cleanup of temporary or auxiliary resources in the Linux kernel's s390/pkey component. This could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service. The vulnerability is resolved by wiping copies of clear-key structures on failure and clearing sensitive data from the stack for all IOCTLs that convert a clear-key into a protected- or secure-key.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
