Description The vulnerability is related to memory corruptions on Spectrum-4 systems in the Linux kernel. It occurs when the driver specifies ports as absolute numbers instead of relative to the first port of the port page, resulting in memory corruptions. The issue is associated with the Shared Buffer Status Register (SBSR) and can be exploited to cause a denial of service. The vulnerability is also described as a slab-use-after-free issue in the mlxsw sp sb occ snapshot function.
