Description The issue is related to errors in resource management within the drm/radeon components of the Linux kernel. Exploitation of this issue may allow an attacker to cause a denial of service. The problem is specifically tied to the sumo construct vid mapping table() function in drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/sumo dpm.c. A bounds check has been added for sumo vid mapping entry to address the issue.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
