Description
The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the RDMA/mlx5 component of the Linux kernel. The
max sge attribute, which is passed by the user, is inserted and used without proper checks, allowing a potential attacker to cause a denial of service by exceeding the maximum allowed value.Recommendations
