Description The issue exists due to insufficient input validation in the Web Server component of Oracle BI Publisher. This allows a remote attacker to compromise the confidentiality and integrity of data. Successful attacks require human interaction and can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data.

Recommendations For versions 6.4.0.0.0 and 7.0.0.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
