Description The issue is related to the wifi: ath12k driver in the Linux kernel. When the core rfkill config throws an error, it should free the allocated resources. However, it is not freeing the core pdev create resources. This issue can be avoided by calling the core pdev destroy in the error handler of core rfkill config. The issue was found during a code review and has been compile tested.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
