Description
The issue is related to the lack of a CSRF check when updating settings in the Splashscreen WordPress plugin. This could allow attackers to make a logged-in admin change settings via a CSRF attack.
Recommendations
For Splashscreen WordPress plugin versions 0.20 and earlier, update to a version that includes a CSRF check to prevent unauthorized changes to settings.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
