Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions FooGallery plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 2.3.3
Description The FooGallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the custom attributes due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows contributors and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For FooGallery plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 2.3.3, update to a version later than 2.3.3 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the custom attributes feature to minimize the risk of exploitation.
