Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Web Server component of Oracle BI Publisher, allowing a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks require human interaction and can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some Oracle BI Publisher accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 6.4.0.0.0, 7.0.0.0.0, and 12.2.1.4.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
