CVE-2024-0431

CVSS v3.1

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Gestpay for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 20221130
Description The issue is related to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ajax set default card function. This allows unauthenticated attackers to set the default card token for a user via a forged request, provided they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 20221130, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the ajax set default card function until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
