Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the dynamic memory of the AMI MegaRAC SP-X firmware, which can be exploited by an attacker over the network. This may lead to a loss of confidentiality, integrity, and/or availability of protected information. The vulnerability is caused by a stack memory corruption in the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) that can be triggered via an adjacent network.
