Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the wpdmpp pay link shortcode. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, which will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 5.9.3, update to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issue in the wpdmpp pay link shortcode. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the wpdmpp pay link shortcode for users with contributor-level access and above until a patch is available.
