ESAFENET CDG version 5
Description
A critical issue has been found in the
getOneFileDirectory function of the /com/esafenet/servlet/fileManagement/FileDirectoryService.java file. The manipulation of the directoryId argument leads to SQL injection. This issue can be exploited remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed, and the vendor was contacted but did not respond.Recommendations
For ESAFENET CDG version 5, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
getOneFileDirectory function until a patch is available. Avoid using the directoryId argument in the affected function to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.Exploit
