Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions The BuddyPress Builder for Elementor – BuddyBuilder plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.7.4

Description The issue allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to extract data from private or draft posts created by Elementor that they should not have access to. This is due to insufficient restrictions on which posts can be included via the 'elementor-template' shortcode.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.7.4, update to a version later than 1.7.4 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the 'elementor-template' shortcode to minimize the risk of exploitation.
