CVE-2024-10878

CVSS v3.1

6.1

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Sugar Calendar – Simple Event Management plugin for WordPress versions prior to 3.3.0
Description The issue is related to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to the use of add query arg and remove query arg without proper escaping on the URL. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions prior to 3.3.0, update to version 3.3.0 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin's functionality until a patch is available.
