Description The issue is related to a missing capability check on the install etlms dependency plugin() function, allowing authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to install Elementor or Tutor LMS. The impact of this issue is limited due to the fact that these two plugins will likely already be installed as a dependency of the plugin.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.1.5, update to a version that includes a fix for the missing capability check on the install etlms dependency plugin() function. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the install etlms dependency plugin() function to minimize the risk of exploitation.
