Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the extra class parameter due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For GD Rating System plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.6.1, update to the latest version to mitigate risks. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the extra class parameter until a patch is available.
